I specialize in supporting women on their journey toward whole-body wholeness. My passion is discovering the joy of real food—God’s food—and experimenting with ways to make Great Food and live a Great Life while walking in my identity as a child of God.

 As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help women move from processed foods to purposeful nutrition, creating lasting habits that transform every area of life. I integrate whole-body self-care—nutrition, movement, stress management, relationships, faith, finances, and personal growth—to restore energy, balance, and vitality. Together, we uncover what truly matters to you, build sustainable routines, and provide the guidance and accountability you need to become your healthiest, most empowered self.
